IME UWAH - FOUNDER/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Ime Uwah is an entreprenuer and philantropist. As a young man, he developed a knack for developing profitable business ventures ranging from vegetable farming, clothes and accessories retail to catering and fast food services. This eventually led him to founding the various companies under Eni Group.

A graduate of Pure Chemistry from the University of Calabar, his wealth of experience was further enhanced by a brief stint in Lagos where he worked as Senior Sales Representative with Touch Seals Limited, Lagos, Nigeria and as a Sales Agent and VSAT Installation Engineer with NETCOM, Lagos.

He returned to Akwa Ibom in 2008 after founding Outedge Limited, which lay the foundation of this success. Alongside kicking off Eni Stores Limited, he has also served as a Business Development Consultant for various companies including XYZ Prints.

A visionary and serial entreprenuer, he pilots the vehicle of the vision of turning Eni Group into a continental player. He is an alumni of the Lagos Business School, and is married with two children. 

ENGR. IDORENYIN ASUQUO - GENERAL MANAGER/CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Asuquo is the GM/COO of Eni Group of Companies. He holds a M.Sc in Environmental Engineering from Queen's University, Belfast, Northern Ireland and a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. 

He possesses a wealth of experience in project management in various corporate bodies within and outside the country. His previous experience includes stints at the Environmental Health Department Belfast City Council and with Teletech, Belfast.

He is also currently the Managing Director, Worksafe Project (Nig) Limited, Uyo. A certified member of Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals, and has attended many certified management training course in Management Skills for Directors and Managers; Fatal Errors Managers Make; Analysing Financial Statement, among others.

ABASIAMA IDIONG - CORPORATE AFFAIRS/HUMAN RESOURCES

 With over a decade’s combined experience in legal practice and the retail industry, Abbas Idiong has real hands-on knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate communications and project management.

His work and natural disposition has led him to cultivate strong interests in building relationships, managing reputations and alternative dispute strategies.

A certified Project Manager, some of Abbas’s core skills include crafting media and communications strategies, crisis management and employee communications.

Abbas Idiong holds a Bachelor of laws Degree (LLB) from University of Uyo and a Master of Laws Degree in International Information Technology Law (LLM) from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. He has an MBA from Aberdeen Business School, Aberdeen. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a PRINCE2 Practitioner. He was admitted to practice law in Nigeria in 2005.

Abbas is currently the Head of Corperate Affairs, Enistores Ltd. Prior to this he was managing Partner, Law Partners and Associates where he was involved in rendering advisory services to financial institutions, corporate organizations, government agencies and multinational companies on business restructuring, turnaround, mergers and acquisition, scheme of arrangement and compromise, winding-up, receivership and bankruptcy. He also worked in various capacities in UK based companies such as Marks and Spencer’s William Hill Org. and the Compass Group.

He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and Project Management Institute (PMI) America. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EMMANUEL EKPOTU - ADMINISTRATION

He is the Head, HR/Admin in Eni Group of Companies. He holds a higher National Diploma in Mass Communication from the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resources management from the University of Calabar, Cross River State.

Ekpotu is a seasoned administrator who has served in different capacities in many corporate organizations such as: Head, Admin & Logistics, Mingi Services Limited, Port Harcourt, Administrative Assistant  at Mingi Motors Nigeria Limited, Port Harcourt; Admin/Personnel manager at Gruppo Genprogetti Nigeria Limited in Port Harcourt where he also served as a Corporate Affairs Officer; Human Resources Officer at Capital Services Limited.

He holds several certifications from training courses such as: Personnel & Administrative Officers Course; Leadership & Inter-Personal Skills; Managing Company/Communnity Relationships; Public & Human Relations; Conflict Resolution & Management Techniques; Accident Investigation/Preventive Techniques; Time Management; Total Quality Management; General Health Safety amongst others. He is a Professional member of the Nigerian Union of journalists and a Fellow – Corporate Resources Management Institute, Abuja.

CHRISTIAN JAMES - ACCOUNTANT

James is a certified Accounting Technician from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and equally holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri Imo State. He has acquired a vast knowledge in Accounting over the years before joining Eni Group of Companies as the company accountant and is proficient in various accounting software pakages.

He was previously an Accounts Officer at Sunflag Nigeria Limited, Lagos; Accountant at Landmark Foods Limited, Port Harcourt; Accountant at integrated Catering limited, Port Harcourt.

He has recently taken on management training courses including Analysing Financial Statements; Presentation of Financial Statements of Small and medium Scale Enterprises.

PRISCA AMAEFULE - MARKETING MANAGER

Prisca holds a B.A. in History and International Studies from the University of Benin, Edo State, she is also currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the National Open University, Uyo.

She has held various marketing positions before joining the Eni Group. A hard worker, her dedication and performance has seen her rise to her current position.

She has had various certification courses such as Marketing Management Training; Superior Customer Services; Marketing & Relations Management; Fatal Errors That Managers make; management Skills for Directors & Managers; Fatal Errors Managers make, amongst others.

NSIKAK UDOM - PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Holds a B.Sc in Geology from the University of Calabar. Before joining Eni as  Procurement Manager, he had worked in different reputable organizations like ABB power Lines as a Lab Assistant and Edem Nigeria Limited as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Personnel.

A prudent a dedicated personnel, Udom has received certifications in management courses  including Fatal Errors That Managers Make; Management Skills for Directors and Managers.

MUSA ISHAYA - PRODUCTION MANAGER

Holds a Higher National Diploma in Animal Production from the Federal College of Animal Health & Production Technology in Plateau State. He also has a National Diploma in Fisheries Science from Bauchi State School of Agriculture, Bauchi and Haggai Institute of Business Management, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Ishaya comes with enormous experience in the agro-allied sector that has proven invaluable in his capacity as Production Manager of Eni Agro-Allied Farms limited. He has worked in various capacities including Musaco Agriclinks Resources Limited as D/CEO; Agro-Allied & Agro Engineering Company, Abuja; as General Manager, Algulam Integrated Farms Limited, Abuja; Business Development Manager at Communitey Development Investment Limited, Osun State; Purchasing manager at Mazurik Nigeria Limited, Agro-Allied Supply Company; Poultry Supervisor at Nefraday Integrated Farms Limited, Ilorin, and while in the NYSC program, he served in the Livestock Department of the Ministry of Agriculture in Akwa Ibom State.

He is a professional affiliate member of the National Union of Fishermen and Sea Food Dealers(NUFAS); Fisheries Society of Nigeria(FISON); Catfish Association of Nigeria(CATFAN); Poultry Association of Nigeria(PAN); and a member of the African Youth Agriculture Foundation.

He has certifications in management courses including Fatal Errors That Managers Make; Management Skills for Directors and Managers.
